eMD-OFFICE is owned by Praveen Gupta, MD and Mr. Badri Gupta, a Bio-Techonolgist.

Challenge:
eMD-OFFICE suite was created for doctors as Dr.Gupta is a OBGYN herself and the entire product was created using her clinic and hosiptal rounds as a pilot project. The software took care of all the cinical requirements like online appointments, SMS appointment reminders, claims billing, insurance verification, autoposting of payments, on the go billing for hospital rounds which took care of all all the ICD10 and CPT codes. Structured MIS reports to give them analysis on the fly.

Solution:
The eMD-OFFICE software developed took care of all their appointment scheduling system with SMS reminders to patients, their LAB reports available to them online. The billing process was made very easy for the doctor with intellgent ICD and CPT codes prompts from past data for same symptoms and reason for visits. The software also took care of insurance verifications and sending the claims on the go to the service providers who transmit claims, denials and re-sending of claims to get claim payments quicker.

Result:
The efficiency of the doctors clinic increased by four folds.The patients were given reminders to come in time to over come parking issues. Patients were to fill their regisgtration forms, symtpoms, insurance details days before they could visit the clinic. Their insurance details were verified and kept ready so wait time to know if their insurance was valid and covered the procedures theyu were coming for.
